REGISTRATION AND TUITION POLICIES

REGISTRATION

            Registration fees are charged on a sliding scale based on when the fee is paid.  The registration fee scale is as follows and is paid by all incoming students upon enrollment including transfers during the school year:

                        Before May 1st - $55 /student

                        On or before May 8^th - $65/student

                        On or before May 15^th - $70/student

                        On or before June 5th - $75/student

                        After June 5th- $90/student

            Registration fees are not refundable unless the child is not accepted into the school.  If the student is not accepted, a $10.00 fee will be charged for any testing and office work.

TUITION

            The annual tuition is $3,850.00 for students in Kindergarten-4^th grade and $3,950.00 for students in 5^th-8^th grades.  Tuition can be paid in full on or before August 15^th to receive a 5% discount.  Tuition cost on the prepay plan is $3657.50 for K-4^th and $3752.50 for 5^th-8^th.

            There are three tuition payment plans available:

1) This twelve-month option is for those who have not registered before June 5^th.  Under this option, the full registration fee, the curriculum fee, and the tuition fee are all added and divided into twelve equal payments.  The first billing will be June 1st, 2011 and will continue through May 1, 2012.

            Monthly payments under this twelve-month plan are:

                                    K                                  $342.50

                                    1^st -4^th                          $343.33

                                    5^th-8^th                          $351.67

2) The second twelve-month option is to pay the registration fee ahead at a lower rate and to divide the tuition and curriculum fees into twelve equal monthly payments.  The first billing will be on June 1st, 2011 and will continue through May 1st, 2012.  Remember, this does NOT include the registration fee.

                        Monthly payments under this twelve-month plan are:

                                    K                                  $336.67

                                    1^st-4^th                           $333.75

                                    5^th-8^th                          $345.83

3) The ten-month payment plan divides the tuition fee into ten equal monthly payments.  The first billing is on August 1st, 2011 and will continue through May 1st, 2012 for those enrolled on or before August 15^th.  Those enrolling after August 15^th will have billing from September 1st, 2011 through June 1st, 2012.  Those enrolling during the school year will have their first month prorated with the regular billing then due on the first of the following month through June 1st, 2012.

                        Monthly payments under this plan are:

                        K-4^th: $385.00                         5^th-8^th: $395.00

CURRICULUM FEES

            For parents choosing the first twelve-month pay plan, the curriculum charges are included.  For those parents who prepay tuition or choose the ten-month payment, the fees are as follows:

                                    Kindergarten               $190.00

                                    1^st-8^th                           $200.00

            For those paying the curriculum fee separately, one half will be charged on the August 1st billing, and the remainder on the September 1st billing.

BUS CHARGES

1^st-8^th: $50.00 a month per child

Kindergarten: $40.00 a month per child (mornings and Wednesday afternoons only)

            The maximum bus charge per family is $100.00 per month.  Occasional riders are charged $3.00 per trip per child.  Kindergarten students who attend after school daycare and ride the bus daily, will be charged the full $50.00 per month.

            Billing is sent out after the month of bus use, (i.e. the bus charges for December are billed January 1).  The first billing for bus riding is September 1 (prorated for August usage) and continues through approximately one to two weeks after school recesses for the summer.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

            Tuition is due on the 1^st of each month.  Payments received after the 15^th of the month are considered late and a $15.00 late charge will be billed to the account.  Any parent whose account becomes 45 days delinquent may be asked to withdraw their child(ren).  However, the parent may request a meeting with the administrator to discuss the student’s continuing attendance.  Report cards will not be issued if the account is delinquent.  Eighth graders will not participate in the graduation ceremony if there is any outstanding bill.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS

            The first three children from the same family are charged full tuition while additional children from that family are free.  In cases where differing charges are applicable, the discount will be applied to the lesser amounts.  The discount includes tuition charges only.
